How to claim a Rider Reward
– All Rider Rewards are for click2cycle customers only
– Rental must be in paused mode
– Show your ride status to staff in your chosen attraction to claim your Rider Reward (see opposite)
– Important: Please note that your rental and responsibility for the bike continues whilst in paused mode
