How to PAUSE your ride. 1. Make sure your bike is standing safely using the attached stand 2. Open the app and select the bike/ride you would like to pause 3. Select the option to 'pause ride' 4. When prompted, secure the lock manually - if a spoke is obstructing the lock, then please adjust the front wheel and repeat the process Please note: Rides paused for longer than the free 30 minute period will be charged our default PAY AS YOU GO rate of £2/each additional 30mins.
Before you ride
Please be aware that a DEPOSIT will be taken for every bike you hire. Deposits are taken as a pre- authorisation on a credit / debit card prior to your hire starting.
A pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.
The time it takes for the funds to be returned to your account can vary from bank to bank and we are unfortunately unable to fast-track this for you.
